“Alpine” is one big, full, bodied, gorgeous gray gilding that is built to last a lifetime. He has seen countless miles outdoors, all over the ranch and down the trail. Nothing seems to phase this big guy, good around cattle dogs, traffic and farm machinery. He has a good handle, has a push style lope, and really wants to stop for a big horse. Alpine is big boned and heavy made, stout enough for any ranch job, but goes down the trail quietly and is used to traffic and wildlife. He’s foundation bred and old school made, we don’t come across too many with his substance these days. Alpine stands 15.2 hands tall and weight tapes at 1375 pounds!
