“Axel” is as thick and muscular as they come! Stands 15 hands tall, solid made, easy going, but also athletic enough to take to the roping pen. Not only by a good son of Rocking W, but he’s also cow bred from the top to bottom of his pedigree. He’s been ridden a ton on the outside checking pastures and trail riding, good around traffic, and crosses water and bridges. Axel stays broke with time off and has never offered to hump up or buck. He’s excellent with all of the obstacles such as tarps and dragging the log, works a gate with ease, and has ropes the dummy. Trail horse, steer tripper, or rope horse prospect, this guy will fit the ticket! Super gentle to handle, always the first to greet you at the gate to be caught and loves all the attention he can get. We have owned this gelding a year and a half, he absolutely stays gentle.
