Joey

“Joey” is a beautiful, keen made sorrel gelding by Shine Chic Shine. He is fully trained in the reining, great minded, super gentle, and very smooth moving. Joey has great speed control off your seat, extends his jog beautiful for the ranch classes, and has a very natural level headset. Joey is kind to be around, great in his stall, loves to be bathed and groomed, and is easy to have around. This gelding is one you go out to the barn and look forward to riding. He’s eager to learn and has all the talent to go back to the reining or take on to the ranch classes. Joey is easy to navigate, has a big smooth sliding stop, nice spins, has a lead change, and easy lead departures. He is desensitized to the ball, tarp, sacking out stick, rope, and all of our toddlers loud noisy toys. We have been riding him out through the fields, along the road, and through the county park. Joey has straight correct conformation, good foot and bone, and I don’t believe he has a hair out of place. This is a nice young gelding with his whole life ahead of him. He’s been in great hands his whole life and it shows. He stands right at 14.3 hands tall. Current on deworming, farrier, vaccinations, coggins, and basic pre purchase exam.
