“Rusty” is a good looking, frosty red roan gelding with the sweetest disposition. He stands 15.1 hands tall, has heavy bone and feet, and plenty of body and substance. Rusty has been ridden many miles down the trails and has been used on the ranch gathering cattle. He is a been there done that trail horse. We have had all levels of riders on Rusty and he takes care of everyone we’ve put on him. Very sure footed, crosses water without hesitation, crosses wooden bridges, traffic safe, rides alone or in a group, and always stays calm and level headed. Rusty also knows all of the basics in the arena. He knows his leads, stays collected and soft, moves off leg pressure, has a good whoa, and a good handle. He’s the point and go type of guy that is very uncomplicated to ride. Rusty is an enjoyable horse to be around, and is the same horse every time we saddle him up.
