Cobalt

“Cobalt” is a handsome, blue roan gelding by Magneticat that stands just under 14.3 hands tall. He is a super fun gelding that we have owned for 2 full years. Cobalt is solid both in the arena as well as out on the trails. He has a fancy handle, can spin fast or slow, sliding stop, tons of body control, soft in the face, and is smooth moving in all gaits. 

We believe Cobalt is an outstanding rope horse prospect and is Riata Buckle eligible being by Magneticat!! We have him started on the hot heels and everything comes real easy for him. This gelding is very broke and ready for the roping pen both mentally and physically. 

Cobalt is great with trail course obstacles, has been ridden out on the trails, and along the road. He will go anywhere you point him, crosses water, bridges, downfall, traffic safe, and has been around cattle. We have hauled him to several different arenas to ride, he’s been ridden at different county parks and settles in well at new places. Works a gate with ease, handy to sort cattle on, or totally okay with going for a leisure ride down the trail. 

Hauls, loads, unloads, stalls, and ties with no issues. He is great living outside in the herd or totally fine being stalled. Likes attention and stands well to bathe, clip, and shoe. Great ground manners and nice to be around.
