“Earl” is a beautiful, well-built dapple gray gelding that stands 15.1 hands tall. This guy is your true steady Eddie trail horse that also rides pretty exceptional in the arena. He is safe and gentle for absolutely everyone! He has a fun, goofy personality that will surely make you fall in love with him. Earl LOVES all the attention he can get, stands great to saddle, bathe, farrier, and clip. He is very brave out on the trails and has a very passive easy going mindset, doesn’t get rattled or spooked by much of anything. Earl has been ridden both English and western, he’s very smooth moving. He has a nice slow jog that also extends super nice, rocking chair lope, great handle, lots of body control, and loves whoa. Earl can sit idle for long periods of time and still tack up gentle with no issues. He can live outside in a herd no problem, but also enjoys his tall time. Has been hauled to county parks to trail ride several times, crosses water, bridges, downfall, and doesn’t mind being first or last. This gelding would make an exceptional 4H horse or ranch show candidate. He is absolutely sound with no health issues, and is 100% easy to have around. He’s the hop on and go kind of guy that everyone is looking for. Only reason Earl ever came for sale was because his owner is getting married and got busy with life.
