Halo 2014 AQHA/APHA Palomino Gelding 

“Halo” is an absolutely stunning palomino gelding that we don’t think you could paint any prettier. Not only does he have the looks, he is as trained as they get and by Shine Chic Shine!! Halo stands 15 hands tall, four beautifully marked white legs, apron face, and a few white splashes under his belly. He is AQHA and APHA registered, and also has his reining license. 

With being an NRHA earner himself of over $5,200 he is push button and easy to operate. Whether you’re a beginner wanting to get in the show pen or an open level rider this gelding has all the tools. He’s been there and done that, stays trained with extensive amount of time off, and can be maintained at home. Effortless lead changes, stylish spins, nice deep stops, pitter patter jog, and has the smoothest lope you can ride. This gelding could be a top contender at the ranch shows as well. 

Halo rides very nice out through the trails and along the road, he’s traffic safe, crosses water, downfall, been around cattle, and stands tied at the hitching rail for overnight camping. He is quiet and confident out on the trails, will go out alone with no issues, but is also just fine riding with a group. He’s had a rope thrown off him, works a gate, you can drag a log or pull the kids in the wagon no problem. 

Halo has great ground manners, stands ground tied to be saddled if you desire. Loves to be pampered, great for the farrier and to be bathed. Great in his stall and has also been turned out in a herd. We have owned this gelding a year and a half. He stays trained with several months off, there’s no funny business or surprises with him.
