“Tres” is a striking liver chestnut AQHA/APHA gelding with plenty of chrome and an eye-catching presence. Standing 14.3 hands, he has an elegant, balanced build. Tres has a kind, upbeat personality and genuinely enjoys people. He has all the basic reining maneuvers down solid, offers a cute extended jog, moves smoothly, and loves to stop. He’s even trained to lay down on command and come over to you for mounting!

This gelding has a great attitude and a real desire to learn. The previous owners raised him, they had ridden him in the mountains, where he trail-rode through wildlife country and encountered moose, elk, bear, and more. They also used him for ranch work and exposed him to cattle, both outdoors and in the arena.

With us, Tres has been thoroughly desensitized to unusual objects and confidently crosses water, bridges, and other obstacles. He has all the tools to excel in ranch classes with a bit more finishing, thrive in 4-H, or simply become a dependable, all-around family horse. Nice young gelding with a bright future ahead of him!
